Written applications are being invited from genuine Bangladeshi citizens to fill the following vacancies in all municipalities of Bangladesh as per the memorandum number and clearance of the municipal branch under the Local Government Department of the Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Due to the retirement of the following positions under the organizational structure of the municipality, applications are invited from the permanent residents of Bangladesh subject to the following conditions as per the employee employment rules.

Application conditions at Municipal Office
Applicant's name, father's name, mother's name, permanent and present address, mobile number, date of birth, age (candidate's age as on 11/04/2021), nationality, educational qualification and experience (if applicable) should be mentioned in the application. The following documents should be attached with the application.
Photocopies of all educational qualification certificates attested by First Class Gazetted Officer. 03 (three) copies of recent passport size photo attested. Attested photocopy of National Identity Card/Birth Registration Card.
Attested photocopy of Nationality/Citizenship Certificate from Mayor/Chairman of City Corporation/Municipality/Union Council. Character certificate issued by a gazetted officer of the first class.
500/- (Five Hundred) Taka for Posts No. 1-5, Bank Draft / Pay-Order (Irrevocable) of Taka 300/- (Three Hundred) for Posts No. 6-7 along with application form collected from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, Mayor, Araihajar Municipalities have to file in favor of it.
Attested copy of experience certificate. Applicant must be between 18 to 30 years as on 11/04/2021. No affidavit will be admissible for proof of age. Age is relaxable up to 32 years in case of children and grandchildren of freedom fighters/freedom fighters. In that case, the candidate has to attach the attested photocopy of the certificate approved by the Bangladesh Ministry of Freedom Fighters Affairs.
Job aspirants have to apply through proper authority. Quota will be reserved as per government rules. In that case, the necessary certificates have to be submitted.
A return envelope containing postage stamp of Rs.10/-(Ten) stating own name, father's name and address should be enclosed for issue of admit card at present address.
The application must reach the Mayor, Araihajar Municipality, Narayanganj during office hours by post on or before 23/08/2023. No application will be entertained after the said date.
Incomplete and incomplete applications will not be considered. Participation of the same candidate in more than one post is not acceptable. Any recommendation or solicitation will be deemed as disqualification of the candidate.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the examination. The decision of the “Employee Recruitment and Selection Committee” will be considered final in any matter related to recruitment.
The authority reserves the right to cancel this recruitment notification in whole or in part without assigning any reason. This recruitment and employment will be governed by the Municipal Employment Rules 1992.
